“Raiders Caught Being Good” is
an incentive for displaying positive behavior. CAM Middle School Staff
give students a “Raider Card” when students are displaying positive
behavior. This incentive is not for academics or middle school
expectations, but for above and beyond positive behaviors. Some of
those behaviors we are looking to catch CAM Students displaying are the
following: Integrity, Sincerity, Honesty, Effort, and Respect for
themselves, their peers, and staff.
Congrats RAIDERS!!

Red Ribbon Week:
Red Ribbon Week is schedule for October 24 – October 28. Central A & M
Middle School will participate in numerous Red Ribbon Week activities
this year from Oct. 24 through Oct. 28. There will be a different
theme each day of the week. Monday’s theme will be “Tough Enough to Say
No;” Tuesday’s theme will be “Sock It To Drugs;” Wednesday’s theme will
be “Aim to Be Drug Free;” Thursday’s theme will be “Sparkle and Shine,
Drug Free;” and Friday’s Theme will be “You Don’t Stand a Ghost of a
Chance with Drugs.”
There will be dress-up days to illustrate several of the themes.
Students will have the opportunity to answer questions for prizes and
participate in guessing games. Several local law enforcement agents
will speak to students one day during health classes. Students may also
view videos detailing the risks and consequences of drug abuse.
Family and friends are asked to encourage students to participate in Red
Ribbon Week activities. This special week is also a good reminder to
keep open the lines of communication and to frequently discuss the
dangers of drug, alcohol, and tobacco use.
