What is the 213 project?

During this series of after-school workshops, you will learn about the new Internet: Web 2.0.  The tools that are bringing our kids in touch with the entire world through social networking, social bookmarking, virtual worlds, wikis, video, podcasting, and gaming sites will be examined.  These tools can be used to create, collaborate and communicate. Discussion will also include how students with disabilities can benefit from these tools as well.  Come see what all this buzz is about!

You may come to one or all of the workshops.  No prior knowledge of Web 2.0 tools is needed.  To register, call or email Ken Hawley at khawley@cam.k12.il.us or 226-4441.
Pre-registration is required so that we can be sure we have enough materials for everyone.
